Troubleshooting Area for Nicola
Hi Andrew,
So...i tried the new files, still can't make it let me save data from the Catphan alignment slice, even if just using your tree that came in the analysis folder - the same error is given if I use v0.5 or v0.6.
Also, a new problem, if using my own tree for Sensitometry, it now won't even generate reports. This works with your trees though. My Sensitometry tree doesn't do the Geometry part of your tree. Is there something in there that would affect ability to create a report from the rest of it?? Does it want to report everything that was in your original tree, if i delete Geometry from the tree, it does vanish from the reporting window too. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Nic
Hi Nic,
I've attached a zip file which contains a new version of the software which should fix your problem. Please could you unzip this and copy the files over your c:\program files\IQWorks directory? (Probably a good idea to take a backup first!)
This is from the 0.6 code base, which is almost ready for release. It incorporates a number of bug fixes - including the "cleaning" of old analysis trees to make sure they are still compatible with the outputs available from the processing objects. It also includes a revised NPS algorithm, including the ability to auto-place ROIs - something which should be useful for Jamie!
Let me know how you get on.
Andrew
