26/08/2012 Upgrade of iqworks.org website

Now we are ready to start using the SourceForge facilities properly, it is time to start reorganising this wiki. To begin with, I have upgraded the software to the current version of foswiki. I have moved all the webs and topics across, but not the users. This is because we had thousands of spam users, and it was impossible to determine these from the users that had registered to download the software.

Therefore, if you wish to edit the pages on this wiki, you will need to register again. Remember - you don't need to register to download, you can get the latest version of IQWorks from SourceForge. We are also going to be using SourceForge for bugs/support requests and for enhancement suggestions. However, the documentation and information will remain on this wiki, so please register yourself to contribute to helping with that side of things! If you have previously edited pages here, please use the same wiki name as all the history of edits remains.

22/08/2012 IQWorks source code on SourceForge

We are pleased to announce that the IQWorks source code is now available on SourceForge!

This coincides with the release of version 0.7 that was discussed at the UKRC meeting in Manchester, UK on 25/06/2012. Alongside various bug fixes, some of the main features of this release are:
  • Migration to Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 (Professional and C# Express);
  • Compatibility with 64-bit Windows 7;
  • Ability to rotate images by an arbitrary angle;
  • Greater configurability of default analysis tree location.
Both the source code and installer for version 0.7 can be downloaded from the IQWorks SourceForge web page: http://sourceforge.net/p/iqworks/

Please note that with this release the source code is no longer bundled with the installer. Instead, it can be downloaded directly from the 'Code' area of the SourceForge project website.
