Ellipsoid ROI

Currently only squares are offered

Rotatable ROI

Currently only squares are offered - these should also be made rotatable

Storage database support

Currently only MS SQL Server is fully supported as a database to store analysis results to. Extend this to include MySQL and PostgreSQL

Image database support

Add interface to retrieve images from a database, in my case MySQL database built by Conquest, but should include other databases.

Generalise image finder tool

Currently has RT/modality specific parts that could do with being hidden when not relevant

Rotate a collection of regions of interest etc by referencing two or more points of interest

If a test object is rotated slightly, it is difficult to robustly line up all the RIOs

Options for smoothing

There are a few smoothing algorithms implemented, but they are not configurable in the same way as the analysis routines are

Calculations on the data

Add the ability to perform basic calculations before/as part of the report, ie mean of several ROI means etc.

Add mask facility

Enable one or more images to be added/subtracted for noise averaging/removing purposes

Rotatable ROIs, please! Also rotate image 90/180/270 function - presently just have flip image functions in Process menu.

Mouse click to set a reference point (instead of using edge detect and centre of mass)
